This drawing is the fifth in my "I Am Woman" collection.
All women, no matter how old they get, have a child within. She is the vulnerable one, the one that still navigates her path through life with wonder. She is the one who still has stars in her eyes, and her mind flies off to explore, to question, to wonder, to dream. Her love is endless and unconditional, and she seeks to be let out….To love and be loved, to nurture and be nurtured, to care and to care for, to be protected and to provide protection. Treated gently, she will flourish….Damage her, and she will wither and harden.Read More

This is the fourth in my Steampunk Collection. Though this one is less mechanical looking than the others, I think the owl made a great addition with the engraved metallic style. The amethyst metallic embellishments really pop in this piece. This drawing is very detailed and intricate and took me close to 25 hours to complete.Read More
"Repose" - I Am Woman collection
This drawing is the first in what would become the "I Am Woman" collection. A woman at rest, at peace. The facial tattoo resembling the washing away of the cares of the day, but also rough and fierce, a warrior taking a break. The tattoo contrasts with the surroundings of acanthus leaves, a classic and elegant motif that has existed for centuries, even millennia. She is the love, the calm, the peace, the woman that holds the strength for the world around her.
